QUALITY POLICY
ABEX Management Services (ABEX) is a functional entity of CP Project
Systems Pty Ltd (CPPS). ABEX's
mission is to ensure total client satisfaction with the business and
project management services it provides, by operating, maintaining and
continually improving an accredited Quality Management System.
Our primary aim is to provide clients with confidence in the quality of
our services through assurance that the management and staff are fully
committed to, and actively participate in, the successful implementation
and maintenance of the Quality Management System outlined in ABEX's
Quality Manual.
It is the policy of ABEX to establish and maintain an effective and
efficient quality management system, planned and developed in conjunction
with all management functions, which ensures timely and cost-effective
services that meet the requirements of our clients. It is the
responsibility and concern of every person in the organisation to ensure
that only products which have the requisite quality are supplied to
clients.
The Quality Manual outlines the system which ensures that the quality
requirements of both the Company and its clients are identified, and that
uniform control of these requirements is consistently and adequately
maintained. It defines how effective control is established through the
use of written procedures, and includes provision for the prompt detection
and disposition of product and system defects.
The ABEX quality system is designed to satisfy the requirements of AS/NZS
ISO 9001 (Int) 2000.
