Charles
Pywell

Principal Consultant; Managing
Director
Charles has a Bachelor of
Science degree in Engineering (City University, London, U.K.), is a
Chartered Engineer and a member of several technical and managerial
institutions.
He has some 30 years professional
experience, including design, maintenance, construction, operation,
management and control aspects of multi-discipline engineering
projects. During his career Charles has operated in client,
contractor and consultant roles, including the role of project
manager, in a number of countries and type of organisations.
His work in recent years has
concentrated on management systems and procedures for the improved
planning, co-ordination and control of projects and businesses. This
has included extensive experience and training in strategic,
operational and business planning, contractual matters, negotiation,
quality, safety and environmental management, dispute resolution
processes, plus feasibility and risk analysis, financial management,
project scheduling and cost control.

Brenda has a
Certificate of Education (Hockerill College, Cambridgeshire, UK).
She has been an Advanced Skills Teacher since 1994, and is a
Director of ABEX, responsible for tutoring services.
She has had over 20 years
professional experience as a teacher in the UK, New South Wales and
Queensland. During her career she has worked with primary school
children of varying ages and abilities, including children with
special educational needs. In addition to classroom experience she
has undertaken additional activities involved in the enhancement of
the quality of teaching and learning within a school. These
activities have involved planning, implementation and co-ordination
of school-base initiatives, and sharing of information and
experiences gained, with other schools in Australia. She also has
school administration experience at both lower and upper school
level.
Brenda's recent work has
concentrated on providing tutoring services for primary age children
in all academic areas. Her extensive experience working with
children and educators provides the necessary knowledge and
expertise to offer a quality service which caters for the needs of
individual children.
